The Finance and Bus DevCommittee is chaired by the Treasurer. Its main responsibility is the regular review of the financial reports of the Corporation, and the recommendation of an auditor for approval by the Corporate members at the annual meeting. To the extent that financial policies need to be developed, this committee has that responsibility, working with the CFO.
