This document provides and overview of the Lean Measures that have been developed in collaboration with Service Providers though the TOB's initial work effort. his document also explains at a high level what each of the 53 currently identified "Lean Measures" (a.k.a business metrics) address.
 

The Business Metrics that have been developed within the project represent areas of business operation that are important in assessing business performance, customer satisfaction/loyalty and efficiency. The concepts that have been used, and the metrics themselves, are described here, but the benchmarking data that indicates quantification of these metrics for the industry is available separately.
