Managed Services Syndication - Phase II charter
Services marketplaces have multiple partners with varying interests and proclivities. However, each service marketplace needs to work as effectively as possible in order to derive as much value for the subscriber while keeping the offer’s price reliability, performance and security in line with expectations. The back-end processes also need to perform effectively to ensure that all members of the marketplace can achieve their specific objectives while not burdening others who depend on them.

The output of this catalyst will be:
- Add charging capabilities to the working example of a service syndication across two service provider domains demonstrated in phase I
- Adding correlation of service SLA, usage and charging to the working example of managing e2e quality of the syndicated services
- description of the interfaces needed for managed services syndication
- lesson learned while using specifications from TMF (SDF and PSA) and other standards related to NGN management (ETSI, ITU-T)

The demonstration will use COTS products and solutions from the partners (Microsoft, Accenture, CA Inc, maybe others as needed) to realize the concepts mentioned in the scope for Phase I of the project.
