The primary focus of the Catalyst is to demonstrate, document, and promote the use of the Prosspero-certified OSS/J Trouble Ticket (TT) interface specification to facilitate incident management between service providers and their enterprise customers and enterprise partners, including users of multiple versions of the TT API and users of other trouble resolution specifications.
