This Catalyst project will demonstrate an NGOSS-aligned architectural model, which can be employed for the rapid, systematic deployment customer centric service assurance solution to enterprise customers, most-valued-customer by Service Providers. This project will employ COTS OSS applications and industry standards based models, frameworks and tools to provide an efficient and effective end to end OSS infrastructure. The project's scope is limited to business scenarios that are relevant to the retrieval of customer related information.
