Trouble Ticket Client v1.2 Trouble Ticket Client (TTC) is a part of Nokia Siemens Networks OES (Open EMS Suite) Product. It is tested and integrated with the OSS/J TT RI. TTC is integrated with the OES Platform so that data (e.g. alarms, managed objects) can be exchanged between the OES FM platform and OSS/J compliant trouble ticket server systems. OES communicates with the Trouble Ticket System through OSS/J TT API interface. Trouble Ticket Client uses the XML / JMS profile of OSS/J. |
