How To Get Involved
Becoming an elite member of the “Case Study Handbook," as well as becoming an eligible company for the Forumvile Theater, involves a simple four-step process:
- Identify an appropriate case study in your company in which TM Forum work has been important. Whether you have used the Business Process Framework; TM Forum Interface Program; TM Forum's Transformation Framework (NGOSS); or the Application Framework (TAM), it is important to explain how your organization developed a solution or product using TM Forum standards, frameworks or guidelines.
- Write Susana Schwartz (sschwartz@tmforum.org) immediately to reserve your place in the handbook, and to indicate if you are interested in being chosen to present a live case study at the Forumville Theater.
- Complete two case study templates, which can be located at: www.tmforum.org/casestudies. Describe how TM Forum work has supported or driven business initiatives within your organization.
Fill out the first template, a one-page summary for inclusion in the TM Forum’s "Case Study Handbook," to be distributed via Memory Stick to all VIP attendees at Management World, and in hard copy to Management World attendees. Fill out the second template, a 3-to-10 page case study to be made available to all TM Forum Web site visitors via the widely visited case study area at www.tmforum.org/casestudies.
- Submit your completed case study (one-page and full-length), as well as your company Logo to the TM Forum.
