TM Forum's IPsphere team brings together a group of global industry leaders dedicated to realizing the business & societal benefits of IP convergence. This team defined a service-oriented architecture (SOA) called the IPsphere Framework that intends to compliment the work of the TM Forum's Service Delivery Framework program.
