A Study of the Common Deficiencies in the Revenue Value Chain at African Operators
Present an analysis of the common deficiencies in RA, Network and IS functions at African operators. This is followed by a discussion on how these issues can be remediated. We will share examples of success stories and will draw on our involvement in approximately 20 operators in Africa.
